Gotcha — the “View Module/Lesson” links were pointing to a full URL with a hash. Some admin stacks reload the page and then ignore the hash (or the scroll lands under the WP admin bar). Easiest fix: make them pure in-page anchors and add a tiny JS helper to smooth-scroll and highlight the row.
